If KL1 is set to 1 in a channel quality measure request (which signals that the requestor wishes to use thresholds other than the default), the channel quality measure request CMD word shall be followed by a DATA word containing the respective thresholds desired, (see figure 11) encoded as in table XVI. Threshold fields containing all 1's indicate that the default threshold for the corresponding channel quality measure should be used. Unless otherwise programmed, the

default threshold for each channel quality measure shall be that corresponding to code 6 (0110) in table XVI.
